As your Health Coach, Iwill encourage and support positive changes based on behavioral choices and will provide you with a basic understanding of dietary patterns and overall health needs.
In addition to reaching your specific goals, I will help you to recognize your body’s responses to the various lifestyle and dietary modifications you try so you can choose the health-promoting behaviors that work best for you.
In our work together, you will be the driver and I’ll be your “co-pilot.” Think of it like you are going on a road trip with someone who “has your back;” someone you can share your health struggles, hopes and goals with–without judgement! A bit mixing of metaphors there, I know, but I’m hoping it will help you visualize the client-coach relationship: It’s a journey, taken with a guide and the destination is a healthier you!
Working with a health coaching in combination with a hypnotistis the kind of “one-two punch” that can help you reach your health goals faster and maintain them more effectively. The hypnotist can help you to address deep-seated issues or ongoing obstacles that have made weight-loss difficult or unsustainable and I, as your coach can help you implement healthy changes and stay on track.
